The Landings of Canton Hills offers an all-inclusive price model for our assisted living services. Unlike many other senior living communities, the rate you pay will not increase as you or your loved one ages and need more daily assistance. Not only will your monthly rate include the room you choose, but it also includes assistance with all activities of daily living. When your loved one first moves in, they may only need minor assistance, but if they need more assistance going forward, their monthly rate will not increase based on this additional care.Â
